We have painstakingly compared real factory window sticker usage in each
year and matched them up to the available aftermarket forms in order to
list the correct form used in each year. We are not Malibu or Chevelle experts by any
means, but we have listed our findings below with notes when applicable.

A few plants in 1971 used this style which is the same window sticker that pickups used.
The right hand side tear-off section is for the Dealer to tear off and keep for their records and we have included this as part of the form as it originally was.
Item No.:

Description:
1971 Chevrolet CO-217 11/70 Car Window Sticker
Origin:
Made in USA
Dimensions:
9-3/8" X 11"
OEM Part No.:
GM CO-217 Rev. 11/70
Impact printer printed pickup Chevrolet Window Sticker used on a limited basis for passenger cars.
This Window Sticker, CO-217 Rev. 11/70, is an updated version of the prior 1970 CO-217 Window Sticker and was used from calendar date of December 1970 onward.
Notes:
If your model year 1971 vehicle is manufactured in the fall of 1970 up through November 1970, it would use the one of the regular passenger car Window Stickers as shown and not one of these CO-217 family of Window Stickers.
If your 1971 vehicle is manufactured after calendar date November 1970 or later, it may have used this form.
If you do not know your vehicle manufacture date, you will have guess based on how low, medium or high your serial number is as to which form may be applicable.
We have seen this Window Sticker used on these plants and car models:
1971 K (Kansas City) : Malibu
1971 L (Lakewood): Malibu

Millennium Industries Inc

OEM Part No.:
GM CO-212-LR Rev. 6-71
Although this window sticker with with its right hand boxed side bar bullet list of selling points and form design stayed the same for 1971 and 1972 vehicles, there were minor wordplay revisions to this form during the time of its usage giving at least 4 versions of this window sticker being used.
All variations involved minor wordplay concerning the Federal Excise Tax (FET).
This reproduction window sticker is the second revision and was used on 1971 “not-early produced“ vehicles up through June 1971.
It's your call if you wish to use this Window Sticker outside it's norm.
If you are a stickler for details and accuracy, this Window Sticker is only applicable for those vehicles (Camaro, Chevelle & Mailibu, Impala, Monte Carlo, probably others; Nova excluded, probably others) manufactured during that time frame.

This window sticker is a tight fitting design by GM in that it is normal for printed text to overflow into/onto the vertical and/or horizontal lines of the label and is considered normal to do so, though it may look like something is wrong.
