This is a premium quality product through and through, commercially printed tractor feed forms, finished off on our impact printers using our online WYSIWYG Order Entry system that will create and correctly format your Service Parts Identification label to the same format used by your trucks manufacture plant and year style.
An important part is to get authentic RPO Codes and RPO Descriptions used by your truck manufacture plant and year. Option codes and descriptions can vary among the different plants and throughout the years which creates a problem to keep track of. Our order entry system taps into our database of authentic Service Parts Identification labels and their corresponding authentic options and descriptions used, organized by plant and year, and displays these as an auto-complete field when you are typing in your options. If your option is found, you can select to use it or type your own. This let's your get the correct code and spelling used by your plant and year when available.
We strive to create accurate and detailed Service Parts Identification labels throughout the whole process as it originally was performed at the factory.
In creating each reproduction Service Parts Identification label, we do not use laser printers in any part of our work. Each label is impact printer printed, stamped or typed as required. You get the same exact look as the factory.
Our labels are commercially printed tractor feed peel-off permanent adhesive backed paper forms with cut rounded corners, top slit included, as it should, and comes with the clear plastic overlaminate (when appropriate) with cut rounded corners to protect the label just like the original.
When applicable, after printing out the Service Parts Identification label, we preassemble everything by applying the clear protective overlaminate squarely to the Service Parts Identification label assembling it all onto a removable liner for an all-in-one "peel-n-stick" application to your glove box door. This allows for a no mistake, bubble free, no wrinkled label or overlaminate, or misaligned for a great looking application.
Disclaimer: We do not claim, infer or imply to have all possible options as used by each plant in each year in our database. We do have a pretty thorough coverage though. For any we would not have, you will have to provide the actual code and description.
There were different label designs used throughout 1967-1972 and sometimes usage is based on conditional or per plant and year specific criteria. The proper and correct label to use is determined during order entry time so you will get the correct label design that is applicable for your truck.

Description:
1970 Chevrolet CO217 Truck Window Sticker
Origin:
Made in USA
Dimensions:
9-3/8" X 11"
OEM Part No.:
CO 217
This Window Sticker has year & model specific usage for proper application and exceptions.
This Window Sticker is applicable only for Pickups and not Blazer or Suburbans, but our order entry system will still let you use this Window Sticker for Blazer & Suburbans if that is what you want.
This is the correct window sticker to use for Light Duty pickup trucks. Blazers and Suburbans used the passenger car window sticker (a CO-212 variant) which is not available at this time.
This Window Sticker, CO-217, was used at least spring of 1969, all of 1970 and fall of 1971 Model years up through calendar month of December 1970, where there was a transition to its replacement, CO-217 Rev. 11/70 that is listed below.
As usual, there are exceptions seen:
If your truck is manufactured at Atlanta (A) or Freemont (Z) plants, it appears that these plants used this Window Sticker throughout 1970-1972 without switching over to its replacement CO-217 Rev. 11/71 below.
Recommendations
All 1969,1970 and fall produced 1971's up through November 1970 use this, CO-217 form.
Vehicles produced January 1971 and later, should use the newer CO-217 Rev. 11/70 form, not this one, except Atlanta and Freemont.
1971 model vehicles manufactured in December 1970 using this form should add the modifications shown1.
If your 1971 Model year vehicle is manufactured in December 1970, it may have used the newer 1970 CO-217 Rev. 11/70 Window Sticker listed below during the transition period between forms and not this one. December 1970 was a transition month where either form CO-217 or CO-217 Rev. 11/70 could be used properly.
1971 and 1972 produced at Atlanta (A) and Freemont (Z) appear to use this CO-217 form throughout1 based on the few we have seen.
These are only recommendations and suggestions based on actual usage and are suggested as a starting point.
For 1971 Model years whether to use this form or the newer CO-217 Rev. 11/70 Window Sticker, if you do not know your vehicle manufacture date, you will have guess based on how low, medium or high your serial number is (it's not going to look right to use the this CO-217 with a high serial number like 155061 whereas a lower serial number like 104111 would).
Notes: 1 December 1970 factory usage often modified their print job to block out a part of the CO-217 form "Schedule Ship Date" at the form bottom, to make it compatible with the newer Rev. 11/70 version as in:
XXXXXXXX RECD PLT
12/23/70
as shown here:
Our order entry attempts to provide a template with this already in place when applicable for Atlanta or Freemont.
Our Window Sticker Order Entry system is template based driven and preloads your Window Sticker with a formatted template, taken from real Window Stickers for the selected Window Sticker when we have encountered one to replicate. All you need to do is update the template with your specific vehicle information.
We have templates for the plants:
1970-1971-1972 Atlanta (A)
1969-1970-1971 Flint (F)
1969-1970-1971 Janesville (J)
1970-1971 St. Louis (S)
1970-1971-1972 Freemont (Z)
For those remaining plants that we have never seen a Window Sticker for, we provide a template from a known plant. These Window Stickers are pretty standard in the layout with minor differences that comes down to the option line being 1 or 2 columns off, or maybe there is or is not a blank line under the Order No. at the bottom.

If you have your Service Parts Identification label for your truck, the corresponding Window Sticker will have the same options listed on it. Recommendations
If your 1971 Model year vehicle is manufactured in the fall of 1970 up through November 1970, it would use the older 1970 CO-217 Window Sticker listed above and not this one.

Description:
1972 Chevrolet CO-212LT Blazer/Suburban Window Sticker
Supplier:
Jim Osborn Reproductions Inc.
Origin:
Made in USA
Dimensions:
OEM Part No.:
GM CO-212-LT Rev 1/72
This Window Sticker has model specific usage for proper application.
This Window Sticker is applicable only for Blazer or Suburbans manufactured on or after January 1, 1972, not for Pickups. This is the correct window sticker to use for Blazer & Suburbans. Light Duty pickup trucks would have used Window Sticker CO-217 Rev. 11/70 shown listed above.
This updated Window Sticker is GM part number CO-212-LT Rev. 1/72 applicable to 1972 calendar year produced vehicles. It is corrected for the repeal of the 7% Excise tax in December of 1971 that its predecessor, GM part number CO-212-PT Rev. 6-71 had printed on it. That form (Rev. 6-71) was used in the fall of 1971 and its previous versions used earlier, is not available in the aftermarket. If you know for fact that your vehicle was produced in the fall period up through December 1971, then this form is not applicable.
Serial number wise, it appears that the change over between the two forms Rev. 6-71 and Rev. 1/72 is somewhere around 160000 for Flint, MI and 170000 for St. Louis, MO.
It's your call on usage. If you wish to use this Rev. 1/72 on your Blazer or Suburban that is manufactured prior to January 1972, even though not proper, our order entry system will allow this exception through its validation checks.
